A man who visited Alvina's home village as an envoy of Astrafora Magic Academy. He serves as an inspector at the Academy. Calm and collected, he spoke gently to Alvina without flinching even as embers swirled around her.

When he appeared in the village, he wore a uniform reminiscent of military dress and carried a letter bearing the Academy crest and sealed with crimson wax. Before Alvina and her parents, he explained that the phenomenon affecting her was magic, and warned that children with such powers are often feared by ordinary society and meet unhappy ends.

He then told them that Astrafora Magic Academy is an educational institution that gathers such children and teaches them how to handle their powers and choose the path ahead. His visit gave Alvina, isolated within her village, the opportunity to step into the wider world and learn the truth of her power.

On the morning of her departure, he waited in the village square with a carriage and guided Alvina away from her homeland to the Academy.
