Her reading spans every field — literature, history, encyclopedias, geography — and she has set herself the goal of reading every book in the collection.

Her creed is simple: everything that can happen, in all of creation, has an explanation. Either the world is beautiful and harmonious, or we simply haven't noticed how yet. Her goal is to gather ever more knowledge and uncover the fundamental laws of magic.
She regards baseless superstition, rumors, and emotional arguments as "fundamentally a waste of time," and she says exactly what she thinks. She means no harm by it. But she has yet to realize that being honest is not always the same as understanding someone. When Alvina spoke passionately about her "dragon," Justina replied that without physical evidence or witnesses she couldn't believe it — and made her furious.

Her magical aptitude runs toward careful analysis of structures and laws. Combat that demands quick reflexes is not her forte; her strengths shine in support roles and research.
